In the Harvey aftermath, an overlooked destroyed community takes to the water

Reporters in the wake of Hurricane Harvey travel with rancher, Devillier, through the destruction of town of Winnie, TX  off of I-10. As the flood water cover this ranching area, the loss of livestock, homes, and a way of life are have put this community in a standstill, but the citizens of this small town are taking rescue missions into their own hands.
